The Four Pillars of Paskel Life and Teacher Training
The foundation of the Paskel Life and Teacher Training Program is built upon four core pillars. These pillars are designed to foster self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth, both on and off the yoga mat.
1. Educational Lectures
“Knowledge is the key to perfection.” This central belief drives the series of Life Training lectures, which offer insights into essential life and yoga principles. Topics include:
- The true meaning of a yoga practice
- The composition of the human experience
- Mastering the art of action
- Understanding life’s deeper purpose
- The four principles for nurturing loving and effortless relationships
- Exploring the Laws of Cause and Effect, including Karma and Destiny
These sessions provide the intellectual framework necessary for transformation.
2. Experiential Exploration
Through guided exercises—both individually and with partners—participants are encouraged to explore internal limitations such as mental blocks, self-defeating beliefs, and emotional barriers. This dynamic process opens the door to living a life aligned with one’s highest potential.
3. Physical and Personal Challenges
Every day brings a new physical challenge, whether through rigorous yoga practice or outdoor adventures. These experiences act as metaphors for life, providing practical tools for overcoming resistance and stepping into personal power.
4. Community Sharing Circles
In these safe and intimate circles, participants are invited to share personal stories, emotions, and realizations. Vulnerability, authenticity, and courage form the core of these gatherings, helping uncover recurring life patterns and emotional obstacles.
Multiple sharing formats are used throughout the training, each tailored to enhance deep listening and connection.
Training Formats
Format 1: Life Training + Teacher Training
- Initial Phase: A 4-day immersive weekend
- Ongoing Practice: Followed by 30 days of guided self-exploration before advancing to Teacher Training
Format 2: Extended Immersion
- Duration: 8 consecutive days
- Follow-up: Continues into the participant’s daily life, with most completing the full 200-hour certification within 30 days (or up to one year if needed)
Both formats are intentionally structured to create a nurturing space for personal transformation, helping individuals break free from old narratives and create meaningful change.
Life Training: A Journey to Healing
Life Training is a transformative and healing journey that serves as the gateway to personal evolution. Participants often leave with a renewed sense of purpose, clarity, and direction—supported by a compassionate community that remains available long after training concludes.

Although not required, the testing is highly recommended for those looking to further elevate their teaching confidence and skills.
