Join us on Earth Day for a two hour Spring Clean’EN for body, mind and SOUL! This special workshop ENcorporates a 75 minute yoga practice designed to opEN our bodies with specific breathing exercises and moves for deeper purification, integrated with tools that help clear out mental impediments such as angst, worry, depression, stress, and agitation. The last portion of our practice we will be introduced with some wonderful vegan and natural nutritional supplements and health products that aid the body in a gentle detox. We clean up the earth when we clean up ourselves!
