Juliet Oppenheim

I took my first yoga class in 2004 without knowing how influential the practice would become.  I completed Life & Teacher Training in 2010 and followed it with a second 200-hr yoga therapy training with YogaMedics.  Along with a consistent personal practice throughout the years I've also studied with world renowned instructors from different backgrounds.

Aside from the practice of yoga, I work full time as a paramedic.  I love fiction, film, cooking, and dancing.  I have two sisters and a mom who support and inspire me everyday to do my best and help keep me grounded.  I am excited to be teaching here and hope you find something in the practice that keeps you keeping on!
