Internal Awakening with Caren Paskel is an intimate and luxurious private retreat that will open you up to your limitless energy, potential, and purpose. The itinerary for our daily internal awakening includes morning guided awakening meditation, internal group reflection, trail hikes, yoga, energy alignment, spa and pool relaxation, reading, journaling, and three incredible farm-to-table meals. There is no doubt that you will have a spiritual awakening and a deep connection within the group. We will laugh, play, and be totally spontaneous! This experience is meant to inspire an internal shift. You will not go home the same. 

There will be an excursion to a volcano/waterfall adventure. The rest of the time we will be at the retreat location where there are endless trails, incredibly gorgeous scenery, a pool, spa, classes, etc... This is not about restrictive retreat, you can do as you please!

When you go away and retreat with the right people in the right place at the right time, a powerful internal awakening happens. It will be a truly magical experience that creates self-discovery and transformation.
